While the Parliament has officially closed the October session, the Standing Committees will continue their work during the inter-sessional period. The idea is to finalize some of the projects launched, such as the reform of the rules of procedure of the House of Representatives, but also to consider some texts recently approved by the Government Council.
This is the case of the bill on the reform of the National Institute of Agricultural Research (INRA). This text was submitted to the House of Representatives, then transferred to the Committee on Productive Sectors on January 25.
It aims to "reformulate the missions of INRA, in the context of the existence of other institutions and structures under the Ministry of Agriculture, to strengthen its contribution in the field of training, through the development of its research and promotion of its results.
